C)ISSO Training

Join us November 5-9, 2018, at the Georgia Cyber Center for Certified Information Systems Security Officer [C)ISSO] Training on a broad range of industry best practices, knowledge and skills expected of an information security manager/officer. The training covers in-depth theory pertaining to the practical implementation of core security concepts, practices, monitoring and compliance in the full panorama of IS management.

The training is intended for personnel in Georgia state agencies who work in or have additional duties in information security. Participants should have basic IS or IT experience to ensure they are able to keep pace with the course.

  • Vulnerability Assessments
  • Cryptography and Hashing
  • Network Security Principles
  • Security Architecture and Attacks
  • Software Development, Database and System Security
  • Malware and Software Attacks

The training includes a voucher for the MILE2 C)ISSO certification exam, a $400 value, and provides 40 CPEs.

The cost is $3,500 per person, but discounts are offered when registering no later than the following dates:

  • September 14, 2018: $1,750, a 50 percent discount
  • October 19, 2018: $2,626, a 25 percent discount

Class size is limited to 30 people.
